Introduction

Delicious shrimp tacos with mango salsa! Delicious shrimp tacos with mango salsa!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 mango, diced
    1 avocado, diced
    1 small tomato, diced
    1/4 C red onion, diced
    1/4 C cucumber, diced
    1/2 C fresh cilantro
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 TBSP lime juice

    tortillas
    shrimp

Directions

Combine mango, avocado, cucumber, red onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Cover and put in fridge for 30 minutes.

Melt 1/4 C honey butter in a skillet and cook shrimp.

Place shrimp on tortilla, top with mango salsa and roll up. ENJOY!!
