Ingredients

    about 6 leaves of romaine torn
    6 leaves of cabbage shredded
    1/2 cucumber, diced
    6 cherry tomatoes halved
    1/2 red pepper diced
    1/2 bell pepper diced
    1 stalk celery sliced

Directions

Toss. You can add chopped meat and/or cheese to it. Tofu. Whatever.
