So good and so quick! This impressive dessert can be prepared just a few minutes before company arrives.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, 3 cup
    Coffee, Instant, 1 Tbsp
    Chocolate SF/FF Instant Pudding, 2.1 oz (one box)
    Nonfat Whipped Topping, 3 cups (8 oz container)

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix milk with coffee. Let sit a few minutes then stir until coffee is dissolved.

Add pudding mix and stir constantly with a wire whisk for two minutes.

Refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Add whipped topping and mix well.

Pour into a serving bowl or individual parfait glasses.

Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.

This is ready to eat or you can refrigerate it and serve later.

Makes 8 - 3/4 cup servings
