Ingredients

    1/2 pound ground pork
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tsp sage

Directions

Mix all ingrediants, divide into 4 patties cook untill no longer pink.

Also could be made with turkey.
