Introduction

HCG P2 friendly horseradish dip, equal to one protein. Very versatile and delicious! HCG P2 friendly horseradish dip, equal to one protein. Very versatile and delicious!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Blend all ingredients in food processor until perfectly smooth. Thin with water or lemon juice for a yummy salad dressing. I make this dip with southwest flavors - also have used veggie soup mix with cottage cheese. If on HCG p2 just take care to read the labels for no sugar or oil.

Directions

Makes 4 1/4 cup servings. Serve with cucumbers, celery or as a dressing on salad.
