    Beef, t-bone steak, 1.8 lb
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 1 teaspoon
    Onions, raw, 5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 5 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
    Eggplant, fresh, 1 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Peanut Oil, 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1000 mL (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp (remove)
    vinager, 0.1 cup (remove)

Directions

Fry meat in oil, add onions and green pepper, add one liter of water and rest of ingredients, let reduce and cook for another 30 minutes
