Introduction

Engine 2 Diet Book.... from the Fruit Mousse recipe. I used lemon instead and it was good too! I just eat a few spoonfuls when I have a sugar craving.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Juice from one lemon (3 Tablespoons)
    Lemon zest from lemon
    1/3 cup Agave
    1 Package of Tofu-Light Silken Firm

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Variations: Top with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi.... or your hearts desire.

Makes about 2 cups total. I calculated this for about 1/2 cup servings.
