4 cups fresh corn 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt
Cut corn from cob (about 5 ears). melt butter, fry minced garlic. Add corn fry for a few minutes. Add milk, cover and steam for 5 minutes. Stir occassionally. Remove lid and fry for 2 or 3 minutes longer. Add 1 tsp salt.
