60g dried red kidney beans
80g dried black beans
1/2 packed McCormick Hot Chili Seasoning
1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
1 yellow onion, diced chunky
Water/stock (optional, stock may up the calorie count)
Next day, drain beans and rinse. Boil in fresh water on the stove for 5-10 minutes, drain.
Put all ingredients into the crock pot, thin the mixture with water/stock if desired.
Cook for 6 hours on high, longer on low if you want to leave in simmer while you're at work.
