Ingredients


    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Giant Frozen Spinach, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 8 piece (remove)
    Portabella Mushrooms, 50 grams (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .33 cup (remove)

Directions

Chop and saute veggies. Lightly whip eggs with a fork and pour over the veggies. Cook until edges of eggs appear cooked. Top with cheese. Heat under broiler for 5 minutes.
