Submitted by: ANJNNO

Introduction

This recipe was originally posted by MAVIS03 (thanks MAVIS03). I changed the Mayonnaise from original to light. These are really great and a good source of protien. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 Large Hard Boiled Egg
    1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1/4 tsp Yellow Mustard
    Paprika

Directions

Cut eggs into halves lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash until smooth. Add other ingredients and mix well (the real recipe calls for 1 tbsp cream but I never add it and its not added in the nutritional info) Refill the whites ( I use a Pampered Chef Cookie press to give it that extra decoration touch) and garnish with Paprika or bacon bits or parsley.
