Ingredients

    526 grams Ground Turkey (99%)
    1 Can Bush's Seasoned Black Beans (drained, but not rinsed)
    40 grams Roasted Red Pepper
    1 Can diced green chilis (drained)
    100 grams white onion (big dice to fit in food processor)
    1 Cup Minute Brown Rice (prepared and allowed to cool for a while)

Directions

Put everything but the brown rice & ground turkey in food processor and combine. Add ground turkey and process.
Turn into bowl and stir in brown rice & chill. Divide into 6 patties and cook.
