Turkey Ziti Casserole

Ingredients

    12 ounces penne pasta or ziti
    1lb ground turkey
    1 onion chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    jar on mushroom spaghetti sauce
    1 cup part skim ricotta
    1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella

Directions

1. cook pasta according to directions and drain. Preheat oven to 375
2. Spray non stick skillet with cooking spray and add turkey, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper. cook until all pan juices evaporate and turkey in brown, about 10 min.
3. Stir in pasta, sauce and ricotta. Spoon the mixture into large non stick baking pan. Top with mozzarella cheese. bake uncovered until filling is hot and cheese melted, about 40-50 min
