1 (11 oz) can refrigerated pizza crust dough (whole wheat recommended)
1 cup thin sliced green onion
1and 1/3 cup part skim ricotta
1/2 c thin sliced fresh chives
2T minced fresh dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 c Egg Beaters (equiv. 2 large eggs beaten)
1/4 c Egg Beaters, liquid whites (equiv. 1 large egg white, beaten)
2T fine grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
Unroll dough and press into 9" round pie pan
Coat non stick skillet with cooking spray and saute green onions over medium heat. Combine cooked onions with ricotta, chives, dill, salt, pepper, and eggs.
Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle with parmigiano-reggiano cheese.
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and slice into 6 wedges.
