Great Northern Beans - Dry, 16 oz
1 large Onions, raw, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 large Potato, cubed
2 large stalks Celery, chopped
1 large Carrot, chopped
12 oz Ham, minced or shredded
red pepper
black pepper
escarole
Directions
Soak beans overnight, discard soaking water.
Add all ingredients in large stockpot with 4 quarts of water, bring to a boil and simmer for a couple hours.
Add escarole in the last few minutes for a nutrition boost.
