Lightened Up Spaghetti Dinner

Introduction

A delicious high fiber, low carb, high protein, low fat spaghetti dinner. Perfect for when you are craving pasta! Pair it with simple canned green beans and a salad. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pounds of Perdue 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (2 Packages)
    1 - 13.25 oz box of Barilla Whole Grain Spaghetti
    1 Can - Hunt's No Sugar Added Italian Style Sauce
    1/2 Tbsp - Kraft Zesty Garlic and Herb Blend Seasoning
    Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 tsp per serving)

Directions

Brown ground turkey and Garlic and Herb Seasoning in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray.

Add 1 can of Hunt's No Sugar Added Italian Style Sauce. Simmer on low for 10 - 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 box of Barilla Whole Grain Spaghetti and stir gently. Return to a boil and cook for 7 - 8 minutes (for al dente). For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Drain well and serve with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the prepared spaghetti sauce.
