Breakfast Bake

Introduction

We make this on Sunday night, cut it into wedges, then microwave it for breakfast during the week. We make this on Sunday night, cut it into wedges, then microwave it for breakfast during the week.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 eggs (3 whole, 5 whites only)
    2 ounces shredded cheddar
    8 oz sausage (I use Jimmy Dean Reduced Fat)
    .5 cup green peppers
    .5 cup onion

Directions

Cook sausage, set aside.
Saute onions & peppers with a little salt & pepper.
Combine sausage, onions, peppers, and cheese in a bowl, then pour into a greased 9 inch round cake pan.
Whisk eggs in a seperate bowl, pour over sausage mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
