Introduction

Zesty and delicious--cut the fat by draining your meat and wiping the pan with a paper towel to absorb fat while it cooks. Zesty and delicious--cut the fat by draining your meat and wiping the pan with a paper towel to absorb fat while it cooks.

Ingredients

    2 med zuchinni chopped
    1 lb ground beef, go leaner if you want--I drain all my meat at least 2 times while cooking
    1/4 c italian dressing
    2 C cooked Brown rice, cooked according to directions

Directions

1. Cook rice according to directions
2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, add zuchinni after 5 minutes. Add 1/2 of dressing.
3. When meet is cooked all the way through (drain fat and wipe fat from pan with a paper towel) add rice and remaining dressing.
Enjoy...top with reduced fat cheese for some extra flavor.
