Introduction

Ingredients

    Dressing:
    2.5 Tbsp red wines vinegar
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp dried dill or oregano
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes (optional)

    Salad:
    3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
    6 oz. chopped or shredded chicken breast
    1 medium tomato chopped
    1/2 medium cucumber chopped
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    1/4 cup sliced black olives
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Wisk together dressing ingredients and set aside. Toss lettuce, chicken, tomaoto, cucumber, onions and olive in a large serving bowl. Immediately prior to serving add dressing and toss salad to coat well.
