Stir Fried Cabbage with Pasta

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 medium head of cabbage, sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium yellow onion, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    Other herbs to taste, such as basil or oregano
    Kosher salt & pepper to taste
    6 oz vermicelli (thin spaghetti), cooked
    2 Tbsp. fresh ground Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat olive oil in large, heavy skillet. Add onions, cabbage and red pepper and spices, stirring until tender-crisp. Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy as a side dish! Makes 6 servings.
