IntroductionGreat as a dip or spread with apples or bananas. Great as a dip or spread with apples or bananas.
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
8 oz package fat free cream cheese
4 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend (add more or less according to personal taste)
1/4 cup fat free soy milk (vanilla flavored)
1 tsp real vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients until light and creamy.
You can add more soy milk to make creamier if desired.
One serving is about 2 tablespoons.
Serve with sliced apples or bananas.
