Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb of Lean Ground Beef (drained)
    1 can of 98% Fat Free Campbell's Mushroom Soup (10.75 fl oz)
    2/3 of a can of 2% milk (1% or powdered milk doesn't work)
    mashed potatoes (can substitute rice too!)
    salt & pepper to taste
    3 green onions diced small

Directions

Serves 6 people

Boil potatoes and mash once finished cooking.

Brown 1 lb of ground beef with green onions. Drain. Add soup, milk, pepper and salt. Simmer for 10 mins. Place on top of mashed potatoes.

Serve.
