5 1/2 oz. ground turkey breast
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 cup cooked Quinoa
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Cook on grill, bake in oven or cook in non stick pan.
Note: Top with yellow mustard for a tangy taste witha dolop of salsa on top.
Add a 2 cup salad for a full meal.
