IntroductionThis is similar to a soup but should be thicker like a chowder. This is similar to a soup but should be thicker like a chowder.
12 cups water
10 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbs parsley, dried
1 medium onion, chopped
3 small stalks celery, chopped
15 baby carrots, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
1 12 oz package of Kluski Egg Noodles (R & F brand)
1 12 oz can fat free evaporated skimmed milk
Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
Bring back to a boil.
Add the egg noodles.
Stirring frequently cook 10 minutes - until noodles are tender.
Reduce to a simmer and add evaporated milk.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until desired thickness.
Makes 8 servings about 2 cups each.
