Blueberry Sauce

Introduction

A simple sauce that is great on the No Bake Graham Cracker Cheesycake recipe as well as cottage cheese, pancakes, waffles, yogurt or ice cream. A simple sauce that is great on the No Bake Graham Cracker Cheesycake recipe as well as cottage cheese, pancakes, waffles, yogurt or ice cream.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup
    Splenda, 1 Tablespoon
    Lemon zest, 1 tsp.

Directions

Rinse the Blueberries. Add to a small saucepan with Splenda and lemon zest. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally till berries begin to pop and release their juice. Cook to spooning consistency with some berries remaining whole. Makes about 2 cups, 8, 1/4 cup servings
