1 14-oz can chicken broth
2 cup dry couscous
1/2 cup mango chutney
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing
8 oz cooked, seasoned chicken (lemon pepper works well)
1 cup chopped cucumber
2. In a medium bowl, combine mango chutney and vinaigrette dressing. Add chicken and cucumber. Toss to coat. Add couscous and stir until well combined. Serve. Yum!
