2 medium onion, cut into eighths
1 lg sweet bell pepper, cut into strips
1 lb. beef round tip steak, cut into thin strips
1 T. olive oil
1 T. bold & spicy steak sauce
4 lg whole grain tortillas
2 c. shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. salsa
Warm tortillas. Place 1/4 of meat/veggie mixture onto tortilla. Top with cheese, salsa, and lettuce. Fold & roll up. Serve.
