Double batch Toll House cookies

Introduction

I have a large family and so when I bake these I always double the batch. The only thing is I do not double the baking soda, salt, or amount of chocolate chips. I am amazed that these are only 80 calories each. I have a large family and so when I bake these I always double the batch. Ingredients

    1 lb butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    4 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    12 package of Toll House Mini morsels - semi-sweet

Directions

Makes 80 cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by rounded teaspons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 - 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheet to cooling racks.
