Introduction

A rich and healthy soup A rich and healthy soup
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 small carrot diced
    1 stalk of celery diced
    1 small onion diced
    4 ring of red pepper diced
    1/4 cup of dry lentils
    2 cup of vegetable broth

Directions

Put all the ingidients together in a saucepan and simmer for 25 min (until the lentil are soft)
Make to seving

  • lentils i have never used them being a vegetarian my daughter pointed this product out to me so i came here to find a simple recipe to try,i found this one. looking for word to try it. it is a simple recipe. which great on my part.i will come back & leave a comment again after i make the soup. - 11/16/10
