Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Cups Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini
    2 Tbs Olive Oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 Cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 Tbs parmesan, grated

Directions

Makes 2 servings.

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add tortellini.
2. While tortellini is boiling, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add garlic.
3. Saute garlic for several minutes until softened, taking care not to let it brown.
4. Add tomatoes and stir.
5. Remove tortellini from water and shake off in a colander.
6. Add tortellini to skillet and give it a few quick stirs to coat.
7. Plate the mixture and top with a little grated parmesan.
