Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c frozen blueberries
    1 c frozen peaches
    1 c fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
    1 medium banana
    2 c orange juice
    2 tbsp flax meal

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender until well blended. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
