Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 4 oz
*celery stalk, 2
*Onion, Medium Chopped
Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) or enough to cover
Hellmann's Mayonaise, 1cup
Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large chopped
*Pickle Relish - Kroger Sugar Free Sweet about 1/4 cup or to taste
Salt, 1 dash
Celery seed, 1 tsp or to taste
Add the chicken broth enough to cover.
Cover and cook on medium flame until chicken is done. About 15-20 min.
Remove Chicken and vegetables to a plate and let cool completely.
After it is all cooled, then place it all into a food processor or food chopper and chop lightly.
After chopping add to a bowl and add the chopped eggs, pickle relish, salt, celery seed and mayo and mix it altogether and then Chill.
Serve over lettuce or on sandwich buns.
