Laura's Three Cheese Crusted Chicken Breast

Introduction

Much less in calories than you think for the taste! Much less in calories than you think for the taste!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Three 4oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/8 cup Kraft Three Cheese Blend Grated Cheese w Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago Cheese
    1/8 cup Progresso Italian Style bread crumbs
    1 oz fat free skim milk
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste. Approx 1 tsp each
    Pam Baking spray

Directions

Combine, cheese, breadcrumbs and seasonings
Dip chicken first in milk then coat with breading mixture.
Spray Pam in bottom of baking dish and place chicken breasts in pan. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 30-40 minutes.
