Kim's Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Introduction

Easy Sweet and Sour Shrimp with brown rice Easy Sweet and Sour Shrimp with brown rice
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1/2 red onion
    1/2 bottle sweet and sour sauce
    1/2 can pineapple chunks with all the juice
    3/4 of a zucchini
    4 servings of brown rice

Directions

start rice in large pot
In another pan sautee 25 peeled shrimp
Place shrimp in a bowl
Sautee all veggies together
Add pineapple and shrimp
Mix together pineapple juice and sweet and sour and pour
over veggies and shrimp
add cooked rice and let simmer 10 minutes.
Makes 6-7 1 cup servings
