380g Can of diced apple (unsweetened) 1/4 cup Apple Juice (unsweetened) 3 Tbsp honey 1 heaped Tsp brown sugar 3.5 cups white flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp ground cinnamon 4 scoops of Balance Protein Powder 4 size 7 eggs
In a blender place apple, honey and juice. Blend until pureed. In a large mixing bowl place flour, brown sugar, baking powder, protein powder and cinnamon, mix together. In a small bowl whisk all 4 eggs. Mix apple mixture into dry ingredients, add eggs. Thoroughly mix together. Preheat the oven to 180C. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and place a muffin case in each muffin area. scoop ingredients into muffin cases, about 2 big tablespoons each. Put muffins in oven and cook for 20 minutes or until a skewer placed in a muffin comes out clean. Makes 20 Muffins.
