Introduction

Protein bars with oatmeal, mocha cappuccino protein powder, cranberries and a just a hint of dark chocolate. Any ingredients can be added or subtracted as long as the mix sticks together enough. Ingredients

    1 tbsp earth balance spread, 1tbsp canola oil, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter,4 scoops optimum nutrition mocha cappuccino protein powder, 1 tbsp powdered espresso(optional), 1.25 cups oatmeal,.25 cups whole wheat flour,1 box sf chocolate pudding,.33 cups + 3 tbsp liquid egg whites, .125 cup sugar, small box of dried cranberries, 30 dark chocolate chips

Directions

Mix together:
earth balance spread,canola oil, peanut butter, protein powder, powdered espresso, oatmeal, whole wheat flour, sf chocolate pudding, liquid egg whites, sugar, dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips.
Mix using hands and press into small, shallow pan. Place in oven at 350 until chocolate pieces melt, about 10 min. Makes 6 large bars.
