Whole Grain Noodles

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 cups whole grain flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbl water
    2 large eggs

Directions

1. Mix flour and salt
2. Fashion flour and salt into a mound, hollowing out the middle
3. Crack eggs and pour water into middle of mound. Mix well with fingers until dough forms into a ball
4. Knead until smooth and elastic, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
5. Roll out dough (using a pasta machine if available) until thin
a. You may have to divide the dough into smaller equal parts
6. Cut dough to size and boil in water
