6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
3 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. White cooking wine
pepper to taste
non stick cooking spray
Spray a baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
In a small bowl wisk the mustard and cooking wine together, rub the mustard mixture on both sides of the chicken. Sprinkle each breast with pepper (to your taste).
Bake for 40 minutes turning the breasts over half-way through cooking.
