Turkey Bean Tumble

Ingredients



    * *Turkey, Ground Publix Turkey Breast, 2.5 serving
    * Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar (1oz), 3 oz
    * Coconut oil (spectrum Organic), .33 tbsp
    * pictsweet seasoning blend, 0.5 cup
    * *Newman's Own Medium Pineapple Salsa, 16 tbsp
    * *Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium, 1.75 cup
    * *Great Value-corn, frozen, .75 cup, cooked
    * Garlic, .25 cup
    nonstick spray

Directions

Spray pan with nonstick spray (1 second) and place on medium high heat. Add seasoning blend (frozen onion, peppers and celery) and garlic. Add ground turkey breast (I cut a pack in half). Cook until all meat is browned thoroughly. Add salsa, beans (I rinsed mine) and corn. Cook several more minutes until bubbling. Add cheese cook until melted, stirring constantly. Makes 8 leveled 1/2 cup servings or 4 1 cup servings.
