Ted's Burrito Shell Pizza

Introduction

This is a thin and healthier pizza that I find quite satisfying. For changes in variation, you can use the "lite multigrain english muffins" split in two, or any of the flat breads that are now popular. You can also substitute soy cheese to change up the fat content. I sometimes will add sliced cherry tomato, carmelized onions. This is a thin and healthier pizza that I find quite satisfying. Ingredients

    1 - 10" flour burrito shell
    2 tbs pizza sauce
    1/4 cup diced tomatoes
    1/8 cup shredded mozzarella, skim
    3 slices (1/2 serving) Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Shaved

Directions

pre-heat oven to 425F. On a baking sheet, spread out some aluminum foil or parchment paper. Or, you can simply use a wire rack for crispier crust. Tear the turkey slices into bits. Lay the burrito shell down on the baking sheet, spread the pizza sauce as far out to the edge as you desire. Sprinking turkey, diced tomato then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 6-8 minutes depending on desired crispiness in oven.
