Chicken Basil Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp low - fat mayonnaise
    1 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp seasoned rice-wine vinger
    1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard
    pinch salt
    pinch pepper 1/4 tsp dried basil
    1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
    1/2 cup small uncooked rotini (corkscrew) pasta cooked according to direction, without salt or fat drained
    1/2 medium tomato, chopped
    1 Tbsp green onion, sliced thin
    1 red leaf lettuce leaf

Directions

In a bowl, combine low-fat mayonnise, nonfat yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and basil. Mix well, Add cooked chicken, cooked pasta, tomatoes, and green onions. Toss gentley to coat. Serve at room temperature or chilled on a bed of red leaf lettuce
