    Frozen Blintze leaves 2, One package of Bodek Stir flied Vegetables, Optional package of Bean Sprouts and Mushrooms.One package of Tofu. Ginger and Garlic (can be dried if you prefer


Place Blinze leave on the bottom of a round baking pan. Steam all the other ingredients together (I use my wok). Place the mixture on top of the Blintze leaf and top it with the second blintze leaf. Bake at 180 Cent. for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings
