Broccoli Casserole 1/8 of recipe

Ingredients

    1# broccoli, cut up
    2 eggs
    1/2 c cottage cheese
    1 c shredded cheese (colby or motz or combo)
    1 t salt
    1T baco-bits

    bread crumbs / 2tsp oil

Directions

Pre-steam Broccoli

Mix all other ingredients.

Place pre-steamed broccoli in bottom of 9/12 pan
Pour egg/cheese mixture over.

Mix Breadcrumbs and oil until crumbly

top casserole.

Bake 350' 25-30 minutes until browned and set.
