Val's Easy Hummus

Ingredients

    1 Can chick peas, drained and rinsed
    2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
    2 tsp corriander seeds, crushed

    add water for your desired consistancy

Directions

Combine all ingrediants in a food prossesor or blender, grind to your desired consistancy.

Makes 4 servings, about 1/4 cup each.
