Ingredients

    For the Kofta:

    # Ground beef, lean, 400 grams
    # Garlic, 8 cloves
    # *Besan (Gram Flour), 1 cup
    # Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    # *Indian Green Chillies, 50 gram(s)
    # Indian, Lamb Masala, 4 oz lamb, 1 tsp
    # Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    # *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    # Salt, 2 tsp
    # Ginger Root, 3 slices (1" dia)
    # Chili powder, 1 tsp
    # Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    # Hard Boiled Egg, 6 large
    # Salt, 2 tsp

    for the curry:

    # Onions, raw, 3 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    # Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.5 container (4 oz)
    # Chili powder, 2 tsp
    # Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    # Indian, Lamb Masala, 4 oz lamb, 1 tsp
    # Salt, 2 tsp
    # *ghee, 5 tsp
    # Pureed Tomatoes, 0.5 cup
    # *Corn Oil, 2 tbsp



Directions

For the kofta:

Take a non stick pan.Add minced beef,add sauteed besan,add green chillies chopped,add garlic chopped, add red chilli powder,add turmeric powder,add garam masala powder or lamb masala powder,add dhania powder,add chopped onion,add chopped ginger,add salt.Saute and dry everything well. then when cooked for 20 mins put in blender and make a paste .coat it on boiled eggs whole and dip in 1 beaten egg and deep fry...

For the curry:

Add 1 cup ghee,saute onions,add tomato puree,add red chilli powder,add turmeric powder,add garam masala powder,add salt ,add water as required,cook on simmer for 10 mins.Add kofta prepared above...
