*Tilapia, 12 oz (remove)
*Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg Organic 1 tbl (.5 ounce), 0.5 oz (remove)
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)
Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp (remove)
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 12 leaf, large (remove)
Coconut Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
break fish into small pieces, mix with tomateos and any other veggies of choice sea salt and pepper. Vinegar to taste and can add fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Break lettuce into large leaves. Place fish mixture in lettuce, wrap and yummy.
