Tilapia Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

    *Tilapia, 12 oz (remove)
    *Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg Organic 1 tbl (.5 ounce), 0.5 oz (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 12 leaf, large (remove)
    Coconut Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Season Tilapia with Mrs. Dash and other herbs of choice. Place in small sauce pan with melted cocunut oil. sear then cook for approx 5 to 8 minutes on each side.

break fish into small pieces, mix with tomateos and any other veggies of choice sea salt and pepper. Vinegar to taste and can add fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Break lettuce into large leaves. Place fish mixture in lettuce, wrap and yummy.
