Sauted Squash

Introduction

Great way to make squash that the whole family will eat. Great way to make squash that the whole family will eat.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Summer Squash, 6 medium
    whole Vidalia onion sliced
    *Soy Sauce, about 4 shakes
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder (as much as you like)
    Pepper to taste
    Olive oil 1 tsp

Directions

Slice squash and vidalia onion
Melt butter in pan with olive oil
Add squash and onions
Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder
Cover, saute on medium
Once squash starts to soften up, add soy sauce
Cover and cook until desired tenderness
Stir everyone so often to cook evenly
