Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

    *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 12 serving (remove)
    La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
    Salsa, 1 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, diced (remove)

Directions

Boil chicken until tender and cooked through (approximately an hour). Remove and shred with a fork. Combine chicken, salsa, and fat free cheese together and cook on medium until warm.

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer four tortillas on bottom of dish. Top with 1/3 of chicken mixture. Repeat with rest of tortillas and chicken mixture. Pour rest of enchilada sauce on casserole and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
