Roasted Asparagus

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    12 spear, medium Asparagus (5-1/4" to 7" long)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450.

2. Break off the woody stems from asparagus. Rinse well.

3. Toss spears in oil, vinegar and garlic. Season with pepper.

4. Lace in shallow baking dish, sprayed.

5. Bake for 6-10 minutes.
