Shelly's Potato Salad

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    8 potatoes
    4 boiled eggs
    1/2 cup onions (1/4 reg onion and 1/4 red onion)
    1 cup light mayo
    1 tsp garlic powder
    6 tsp mustard
    1 tbsp parsley
    3 tbsp relish
    2 cups diced ham

Directions

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Boil until tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Mix all other ingredients in side bowl (peeling and chopping eggs). Mix in with potatoes. Top with salt, pepper, chives and paprika per preference.

15 1 cup servings.
